We operate our bakery Monday to Friday, so our deliveries are as follows:

Order day MON : Delivered WED
Order day TUE : Delivered THU
Order day WED : Delivered FRI

If they are ordered any other day, they will be delivered Wednesday.

Please note that areas of Scotland, islands and Northern Ireland are a 48 hour service so will be 1 day later than above.

We don't offer Saturday delivery, so may change a delivery due on 48 hours to ensure they aren't left in depot over the weekend. We will of course let you know if this is the case.

If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us for pricing, and availability and we will see what we can do.

We use DHL as our trusted courier service, ensuring that all parcels are delivered directly to your door or a designated safe place on the scheduled delivery day.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a tracking number and link. This allows you to:

- Add a safe place for delivery.
- Redirect your parcel to a neighbour or an alternate address.
- Change the delivery date or time via DHL's website.

If you do not specify a safe place, the parcel will be left on your doorstep to ensure timely delivery. Please note, once delivered, the parcel becomes your responsibility. In the event of theft, we cannot be held liable, and by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Our cookies last approximately a week from when they are made.

They can be stored ambient in the box, or an airtight container.

They can also be frozen for up to 30 days and just need defrosting at room temperature for 2 hours.

To bring cookies to oven freshness you can microwave them for 10 to 20 seconds.
